The following travel conditions will apply to all clients booking with www.tours-transferskefalonia.com in Kefalonia. www.tours-transferskefalonia.com is company member of Thalassa Group registered in Greece. Company registration number 145223934000 and VAT registration number 800932339 located in Skala Kefalonia GR28086 Kefalonia-Greece.
Currency
All rates are quoted in Euros.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided once all necessary arrangements have been made on your behalf. If for any reason you do not receive notification please contact us.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, the chauffeurs remuneration and legal liability insurance for all passengers. Prices quoted for all Transfers are in Euros.
Payment Policy
Payment options:
50% of the total amount will be paid with your booking via paypal or credit card.
The rest 50% of the amound will be paid in cash to the driver.

How Safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?
All card payments are processed through STRIPE pay center electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy is used by www.tours-transferskefalonia.com in order to minimize non shows. Please note that all alterations or cancellations should be made via E-mail or Phone.
In case of cancellation 48hr prior arrival date, 50% of the total amount will not be refunded.
Meeting Point & Time
Please follow the instructions indicated on your voucher or confirmation E-mail
In case of not being able to find the driver at the pick up point, please contact the number that appears on your voucher, or E-mail.
Important Remarks
You are responsible for checking the details of the booking on the voucher or confirmation E-mail. www.tours-transferskefalonia.com will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will e-mail you an amended voucher. No responsibility for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport. Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the destination points and not your departing information.
9. www.tours-transferskefalonia.com can not be held responsible for various unexpected events that might take place before or during your transfer (such as accidents, events of political nature, roads blocked due to extreme natural phenomena or other phenomena of higher power, extreme adverse driving conditions, unexpected mechanical problems and failures of our vehicles, strikes declared by the local Taxi Unions etc.) Which will prevent us from providing you our services as have been agreed. We also can not be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to a delayed arrival at your destination.
In the case of such unforeseen events we will notify you immediately of our inability to provide you with our services and we will provide all possible information in order to help you get alternative modes of transportation.
